My Qualifications

I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Fifteen of those years right here in Arizona.

I have a wide range of real estate experience which includes vacant land sales, farm land, lot splits and subdivisions, Residential sales, commercial sales, property management and rental properties.

I am an Arizona Licensed REALTOR and C.S.S.N. (Certified Short Sale Negotiator). In 2010 I had over 80 short sale listings and this year looks to be even higher, who else has that kind of experience?!

In addition, I was previously a loan originator. Calling on that experience gives me an inside look at how your lender thinks and what it takes to get the job done for you.

I'm "old school" in that I believe integrity in business reflects on the individual. I don't make promises I can't keep and I work hard for my clients.

It's my job to help you make a wise decision in a home purchase or loan.
